When you receive your print it will have been carefully rolled and shipped in a 20” hardboard tube to your address. We recommend the following in order to ensure that your print remains in excellent condition.
Remove the print carefully from the tube, the print will have expanded within the tube and may be tight inside it. To do this carefully place two fingers inside the tube and reduce the inner circumference by turning anti-clockwise, this will allow it to be removed easily.
Flatten the print by placing it on a clean surface and placing weights such as books on top of the print, paying particular attention to ensure the corners are flat. (Rolling the print in the opposite direction to which it was originally rolled may result in ridging in the paper, as it is a heavy 170gm paper).
Keep the print in this position for 2-3 days to ensure best results.
